MEMBERS RIGHTS AND RESPOSIBILITIES It is the responsibility of each individual
Member to ensure that the profile that they submit is legal, decent and honest.

Failure to do so could result in exclusion from the Service. Members must not
cause nuisance or distress to other Members or to visitors to the site.

Each Member agrees to allow the Publisher the right to retain the copyright of
their profile and to allow the Publisher the right to amend, change, alter or
delete their profile to comply with its responsibilities as a publisher of
material in a public forum that is accessible to both adults and minors.

Postings, messages or profiles containing illegal, racist, sexist, pornographic
or abusive material or images will be immediately deleted without recourse to
the member concerned, and the member will be excluded from further use of the
service.

You may not include in your Member profile, visible to other members, any
telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses.

As a member you will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other
members to buy or sell any products or services through the Service. service
and that you may be involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene
materials.

It also is possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to
your use of the Service, and that the recipient may use such information to
harass or injure you.

Fine Partner Matrimonials is not responsible for the use of any personal
information that you may choose to disclose on the Service.
